Shipping Information

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Free Shipping (3-Box Bundle): 3–7 business days
  • Priority Shipping (5-Box Ultimate Bundle): 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

  • Single Box (Starter Pack): Standard shipping rates apply at checkout.
  • 3-Box Best Seller Bundle: Free shipping included.
  • 5-Box Ultimate Bundle: Priority shipping included.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.


Returns & Refunds

Our Policy

We stand behind the quality of Magic Stick™. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will do our best to make it right.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
  • Opened or partially used products are not eligible for return due to the nature of consumable goods.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5‱0 business days.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
